Born in a kitchen full of grandmothers humming gospel and pots that never stopped simmering, she turned a lifelong love affair with Southern food into a craft — and a calling.
A Bachelor of Science in Public Health, earned summa cum laude, sharpened that calling with science. Every menu is built with a working knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and the way real ingredients affect real bodies — proof that great food can be indulgent and intentional.
Soul food is her specialty — the heartbeat of everything she cooks — but her range runs far beyond it. From Italian and Mediterranean to Caribbean, Cajun, Asian-inspired, and modern American plates, she's fluent across cuisines and tailors every menu to the moment.
